The research project FuelDioxin seeks to quantify the levels of dioxins in the atmosphere in Cyprus, and to establish a correlation between the identified concentrations/levels and emissions of pollutants from vehicles and/or the electricity production plants. The results of this project will provide health professionals, consumers and policy makers an essential tool for the pursuit of solutions to a problem which is not yet understood to its full extent.
